How to choose PVC panels?

     Objectively speaking, PVC material is more than enough for gusset plates. How to choose PVC gusset 

panels mainly starts from the following four aspects:

(1) The cross-section of PVC gusset plate is honeycomb shape, which is also the most direct way to

 distinguish PVC gusset plate and aluminum gusset plate. When selecting, pay attention to whether the two

 sides of the PVC gusset plate bite smoothly, and whether there are local fluctuations and height differences;

(2) It does not deform when bent by hand and is highly elastic; the sound when struck on the surface is crisp

 and clear, indicating that the material has strong toughness. The poor-quality PVC material is so brittle that 

it cracked even when the students broke it lightly;

(3) Smell whether the board has any smell. If there is an obvious pungent smell, it means that its

 environmental performance is poor;

(4) The surface should be smooth and the color pattern should be clear.
