Plastic ceiling construction technology are as following:

1. Use a horizontal tube to draw out a horizontal line, check the flatness twice, and use an ink line to pop

up the baseline. For some rooms with suspended ceilings, if the original ceiling is not level, the ceiling

should be made horizontally or along the original ceiling. Designers should be sought. The opinions will

be determined by the customer.

2. Familiarize yourself with the drawings, determine the dimensions, and conduct construction briefings.

The curved top surface shape should be staked out on the ground first, and can only be topped after it is

 confirmed. And ensure smooth lines.

3. The main ribs of the ceiling should be no less than 30×50 wooden keels, with a spacing of 800-1000, and

100×8 steel expansion fixings, one for 1㎡. Steel expansion should be done within the joints of

prefabricated panels as much as possible. Do not use wire as hanging bars. The steel expansion nut should

be pressed tightly against the wooden keel.

4. The sub-keel of the suspended ceiling shall not be less than 25×35 wooden keel, and the materials shall

be selected. The leftover materials shall not be used for the suspended ceiling grille and can only be used

as hanging bars. The keel frame should be polished before use. The spacing between wooden keels on the

gusset ceiling in the kitchen and bathroom shall not be greater than 600X600, and the spacing between

light steel keels shall be used for construction according to material requirements.

5. When building the wooden keel grille, attention should be paid to the position of the lamps, and the

suspended ceiling and ceiling lamps should be reinforced separately. Light lamps can be hung on the main

keel. Lamps or ceiling fans weighing more than 3 kilograms must not be connected to the ceiling keel, and

separate hooks should be provided.

6. The gypsum board must be divided into pieces before use. When sealing the board, leave a gap of 3mm,

use special screws to fix it, sink 0.5-1mm into the gypsum board, and the nail spacing is 150-170mm. The

fixation should be from the middle of the board to the four sides, and no multiple points should be worked

at the same time. There must be a keel at the intersection of board seams. Check with a ruler of 2 meters,

and the flatness error is within 2mm.

7. Before sealing the board, the thread must be divided into blocks to ensure that the nails are nailed to the

wooden keel. The nail spacing is 80-150 and the nail length is 25-35. Coat nail holes with anti-rust paint. If

it is a latex paint surface, it must be rolled with alkyd varnish to prevent the laminate from turning color.

8. Understand the specifications of the gusset plates, and reasonably cut and purchase them based on the

on-site dimensions. Steel expansion must be used and fire-retardant coatings must be applied, and the ceilings

in the kitchen and bathroom should be as high as possible.

9. When sealing the board, pay attention to dragging the lamp circuit out of the top surface. According to the

construction drawing, stretch the wire on the cover panel to determine the position of the downlight, and drag

out the wire ends.

10. When sealing plastic gusset plates with wooden keels, care should be taken that the board surface is not

damaged. The closing lines of the gusset plates, the inner and outer corners, and the joints between the inner

and outer corner lines should be tight. Straight nails can be used to secure the gusset plates to the lines from

the top. Nail them together and make sure there are no leaks in the attic. Determine the location of electrical

 wiring and mark accordingly.
